Call Us To Get A Repair Quote

Ruby Septic, LLC is familiar with a wide range of proprietary onsite wastewater treatment system components, manufacturers, and designs. No two systems are identical; understanding how these components work together and with the site itself is crucial to determining the cause of septic system problems.

If your system is backing up or you are noticing sewage surfacing in your yard, give us a call. Often times adjustments can be made to get your system back in working order without having to replace the system itself. Ruby Septic will identify what components of your system are not operating correctly, and provide you with pricing to either repair or replace these failing components. Common issues that Ruby Septic can repair are:

  • Sewage Line Clogs

  • Filter and Inlet/Outlet tee clogs, or replacement

  • Distribution Box Settling

  • Access Risers missing, or no longer extending above grade

  • Pump and Siphon Malfunctions

Repair and Replacement of Septic Tank Risers and Lids

If your septic tank has a broken access lid, your septic pumping company has recommended that you install access risers, or you are tired of having to dig out your access lids every time you need your tank pumped, Ruby Septic can help. Our risers are durable and sealed to keep ground and rain water from getting into your tank, and keep odors from getting out. Prices vary depending on depth of tank and diameter of riser, so give us a call or send us an email to discuss pricing and schedule.

Is your high water alarm going off? A quick fix may be all that is needed.

Many modern septic systems incorporate dosing siphons and pumps into their design, and these components have high water alarms that will light up and sound when the pump or siphon has failed. This failure is not always the pump itself, and can be caused by a variety of different issues including line clogs, filter clogs, float failure, and power problems. If your alarm is going off call Ruby Septic; we may be able to solve your issue on our initial site visit. For more complicated problems, we will provide you with a quote for what will be required, and work with you to get your system back online as soon as possible.
